Sex Doll Cleaning
& Care Guide
Learn how to clean, dry, maintain, and store your doll with this step-by-step guide.
Cleaning supplies
01 / Preparation
What you need
Set everything within reach before moving your doll. Use a clean, stable surface covered with a soft towel, and leave enough space to support the body comfortably.
- Lukewarm water, not hot water
- A mild liquid soap suitable for the material
- Two clean, soft, lint-free cloths
- Clean, absorbent towels
- A soft manual rinse bulb for washable channels
- A basin or towels to catch draining water
Remove clothing & jewelry
Take off accessories that can scratch or transfer dye. Remove a detachable wig and clean it separately when needed. Wash your hands and remove rings before handling the doll.
Switch off & unplug
Disconnect chargers and external power before cleaning. Keep sockets, connectors, and electrical openings dry. Detach a head or insert only if it is designed to be removed.
02 / Cleaning
How to clean your doll
Clean the areas used after each use, before residue dries. For the rest of the body, wipe away dust or dirt as needed. A gentle cloth wash lets you control where water goes.
Cleaning the body and skin
Make a mild cleaning solution
Add a small amount of mild, preferably fragrance-free liquid soap to lukewarm water. If using a compatible doll cleaner instead, follow its dilution and rinsing directions. Do not mix cleaning products.
Wipe gently, one area at a time
Dampen a soft cloth and wring it out so it is not dripping. Gently wipe the neck, torso, arms, legs, and skin folds, supporting each area as you work. Lift folds gently rather than stretching them, and keep water away from the neck connection and electrical openings.
Use light pressure. Fingernails, rough sponges, and vigorous rubbing can scratch the surface or wear away painted details.
Remove the soap
Use a second cloth dampened with clean water to wipe away residue. Rinse the cloth frequently and replace dirty rinse water. Repeat until there is no visible foam or cleaner residue.
Clean the face with extra care
Use a separate, barely damp soft cloth and gently dab around facial features. Avoid rubbing makeup, pulling lashes or implanted hair, and allowing water into eyes, the neck connector, or powered parts. Do not soak the head.
Internal channels & removable inserts
The following rinse routine is for ordinary washable, non-powered channels. Powered oral or other mechanical assemblies need their own cleaning procedure.
Position for drainage
Support the doll securely with the opening positioned so water can drain into a basin or onto a towel. Do not leave a heavy doll balanced on the edge of a bath or counter.
Flush gently
Use a clean, soft manual rinse bulb with lukewarm water to loosen and flush out residue. Keep the nozzle near the entrance; do not force it deep inside or seal the opening around it. Allow water to drain between rinses, and avoid high-pressure jets.
Wash, then rinse with fresh water
Where the channel allows mild soap, use a small amount of diluted, material-compatible cleanser and gently flush it through. Follow with fresh water until visible residue and foam are gone. Do not scrub inside with household brushes or sharp tools.
Handle removable inserts separately
If the insert is designed to come out, remove it gently, wash its washable surfaces, and rinse well. Do not stretch or turn it inside out unless its design permits this. Dry the insert and its housing before putting it back.
03 / Drying
How to dry your doll
Blot the outside
Pat the skin with a clean, absorbent towel. Work gently around folds, between fingers and toes, and wherever water collects. Blot rather than rubbing back and forth.
Drain the inside
Keep washed channels positioned for drainage while the body remains supported. Gently dry around the openings. If you have a model-approved absorbent drying accessory, use it as directed and remove it afterward; do not leave damp material inside.
Let remaining moisture evaporate
Leave the doll uncovered in a clean, ventilated room until the cleaned areas are dry. Internal channels can take longer than the outer skin. Check for remaining moisture before dressing, replacing inserts, or storing.
Do not pack it away damp. Avoid hair dryers, heaters, and direct sunlight to speed up drying. Use a dedicated drying device only if it is approved for your model.
Clean your cleaning tools
Wash and rinse the bulb and other reusable accessories after use, following their care directions. Leave them to dry completely before putting them away. Launder used towels and cloths.
04 / Maintenance
Routine maintenance
Applying care powder
If your model calls for care powder, first clean and fully dry the skin. Put a little of the recommended powder on a soft puff or cloth, apply a thin layer to the permitted outer areas, and brush away excess. Keep powder out of channels, eyes, and electronics, and avoid creating airborne dust.
Using care oil
Some materials have specific conditioning needs; others do not. Only use the product and amount specified for your doll. Do not substitute cooking oil, body lotion, or a household oil, and do not coat the whole doll simply because it feels tacky.
Wigs and implanted hair
Support the hair and work from the ends upward with a suitable comb. Wash a removable wig separately using its own care instructions, let it air-dry, and replace it only when dry. Avoid tugging implanted hair or scrubbing painted features.
Move slowly, with support
Support the torso and hips when lifting, and get help if the doll is too heavy to move safely. Never lift by the head, hair, hands, or feet. Move joints slowly and stop at resistance; return stretched poses to a relaxed position afterward.
05 / Storage
How to store your doll
- Start clean and completely dry. Remove residue, dry washed channels, and check skin folds before covering or packing the doll.
- Use a cool, dry indoor space. Keep it away from sunlight, radiators, damp floors, and other heat or moisture sources.
- Support the body evenly. Use a padded, stable surface with a clean, light-colored cover. Keep limbs relaxed and avoid trapping fingers, bending wrists sharply, or leaving joints stretched.
- Avoid concentrated pressure. Remove tight belts, elastic, and hard accessories. Do not stack objects on top of the doll or leave it pressed against a hard edge.
- Choose fabrics carefully. Favor loose, light-colored, colorfast garments and bedding. Prewash new items separately and check for dye release; washing does not guarantee a dark fabric will never stain.
- Cover loosely once dry. A clean, soft cover helps keep dust off. Never seal a damp doll in a bag or storage box.
- Check during longer storage. Inspect periodically for dampness, pressure marks, dye transfer, and changes in position. Adjust support if needed.
Care checklist
- After use: clean used areas and rinse
- Before storage: dry and support the body
- As needed: wipe dust and check fabrics
- Periodically: inspect skin, joints, and storage
06 / FAQs
Common care questions
Do I need to wash the entire doll after every use?
Clean the areas used after each use, including any used washable channels. Wipe other areas when dusty or dirty. A full-body cloth wash is useful when needed, but repeated washing of untouched areas is not a substitute for cleaning and drying the channels that were used.
How do I know the inside is dry?
Allow water to drain and check for moisture using the drying method intended for that channel. A dry entrance does not prove the deeper area is dry. Give it more time and use a compatible drying accessory if needed; there is no reliable universal drying time.
Can I use baby powder or baby oil?
Do not choose a product by its name alone. Formulas differ, and TPE, silicone, coatings, and painted details may have different requirements. Use the specific powder or conditioning product recommended for your doll; oil is not an automatic maintenance step.
What should I do if the surface feels sticky?
First remove visible dirt or residue with a gentle wash and let the skin dry completely. If your doll’s care routine includes powder, apply a light layer as directed. If tackiness persists or comes with discoloration, damage, or odor, contact support instead of adding more products.
Does washing disinfect the doll?
No. Cleaning removes residue and dirt, but it should not be treated as sterilization or proof of disinfection. Do not improvise a disinfecting treatment with stronger chemicals.
